While attending college at Rowan University, Vittorio saw that the niche market of student rentals in Glassboro could command premium rent and was under-served. Vittorio currently owns and manages 3 single family properties in Glassboro under the entity VA Ventures LLC. He has been an active member and volunteer in the South Jersey Real Estate Investors Association since 2007. He also serves a volunteer role as Commissioner of the Glassboro Housing Authority and a member of the Audubon Joint Land Use Board. Vittorio graduated from Rowan University in 2006 with a BS in Civil Engineering. Vittorio is a Professional Engineer, licensed in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and employed as Senior Highway Engineer for a consulting firm in Marlton, NJ. He currently serves as Vice-President of the South Jersey Branch of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) Younger Member Forum. He is also active in the community as a member of Audubon-Parkside Lodge of Free & Accepted Masons and Tau Kappa Epsilon Alumni Association.
Daniel earned his real estate license in 2005 while pursuing his BS Degree in Business Finance at Rutgers University. While still attending Rutgers, Dan began working part time with Help-U-Sell Real Estate which allowed him to learn the subtleties of buying and selling property while still a full time student. Following graduation in 2006, given his strong entrepreneurial spirit, Dan opted to pursue his career as a licensed Real Estate Agent and focus on investment properties full time. Currently, Dan hangs his real estate license at Keller Williams Realty in Cherry Hill, NJ. Throughout his short tenure in real estate, Dan has been involved in the purchase of numerous investment properties and has continued his personal growth and became a licensed real estate broker in August 2008. Dan is an active member of the South Jersey Investors Club, the Burlington-Camden County Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Dan is enthusiastically committed to helping others succeed while achieving his own goals.
Eric Mauz graduated from Drexel University in 2003 with a BS in Electrical Engineering. Since then, Eric has been working for DuPont in Engineering, Construction, and Management positions. In 2005, Eric obtained his real estate license in the state of New Jersey and currently hangs his license with Keller Williams Realty in Cherry Hill, NJ. His aspirations to be a Real Estate Professional date back to 2002, at which point he purchased his first home while still attending college. Eric is an active member of the South Jersey Investors Club. Eric’s is currently involved with multiple partnerships that manage single- and multi- family residential real estate.
Mike Lentz began rehabbing homes in 1999, with the purchase of a fixer-upper for his own personal residence. In 2004, he purchased and rehabbed his first rental property. Since then, he has been a principal in over 4 dozen investment transactions in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mike is an active member of Diversified Investors Group (DIG) and South Jersey Real Estate Investors Association (SJREIA). Mike graduated from the University of Delaware with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. After several years of pursuing his real estate activities on nights and weekends, in 2008 he earned his Real Estate License and began working full-time as an investor and Realtor. Mike is currently an agent with Keller Williams Realty in Cherry Hill.
